Smart Gyan Training Institute (SGTI)

At SGTI, we are committed to maintaining a professional, ethical, and respectful learning environment. All students and staff are expected to uphold these standards to ensure integrity, safety, and excellence in education and skill development.

1. Honesty & Integrity

Students and staff must act with honesty, ethics, and transparency at all times. Any misrepresentation, fraud, or submission of false information will result in strict disciplinary action, including cancellation of enrollment and legal proceedings, if necessary.

2. Payments & Documentation

Only verified payments will be accepted. Submission of fake payment proofs, forged documents, or fraudulent claims is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate cancellation of enrollment, forfeiture of fees, and legal action.

3. Discipline and Punctuality

Students are expected to attend classes and training sessions on time and follow the scheduled timetable. Compliance with institutional rules is mandatory to maintain a productive and professional learning environment.

4. Respectful Conduct

All students must treat peers, trainers, and staff with respect. Any form of harassment, misconduct, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary measures.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, videos, and documents are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

6. Confidentiality

Students must maintain the confidentiality of institutional data and personal information. No information should be shared externally without written authorization from SGTI.

7. Compliance & Accountability

By enrolling at Smart Gyan Training Institute (SGTI), students agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Violation of any rule may result in disciplinary action, including cancellation of enrollment or other legal remedies.
